Application Instructions

  1. Exfoliate:

    • For best results, start by exfoliating your skin with the SELF Exfoliating Glove.

  2. Apply:

    • Once your skin is clean and dry, apply the product onto your hands or the SELF Tanning Mitt.

    • Spread evenly in long, sweeping motions.

  3. Tan:

    • For a perfect, streak-free tan, start with your legs and work your way up the body.

    • Use sparingly on elbows and knees.

    • Finish with the SELF Back Applicator.

  4. Finish:

    • Wash hands immediately after use and allow the product to dry before dressing.

  5. Build:

    • Apply daily to build your desired glow and hydration levels.
