Application Instructions

  1. Exfoliate:

    • For best results, start by exfoliating your skin with the SELF Exfoliating Glove.

  2. Prepare:

    • Once your skin is clean and dry, shake the Bronzing Foam well.

    • Apply the foam onto the SELF Tanning Mitt and spread evenly in long, sweeping motions.

  3. Tan:

    • For a perfect, streak-free tan, start with your legs and work your way up the body.

    • Use sparingly on elbows and knees before finishing with the SELF Back Applicator.

  4. Rinse:

    • Once you achieve your desired color depth, rinse off the residual tan in lukewarm water and pat dry.

    • Do not use soaps, scrubs, or shampoos.

Developing Time

  • 1 Hour: Light Tan

  • 2 Hours: Medium Tan

  • 3 Hours: Dark Tan

Top Tips

  • Extend Tan Life:

    • Moisturize with the SELF Gradual Tanning Body Butter or Nourishing Tanning Oil.

  • Application Tips:

    • Avoid applying product directly to elbows, knees, hands, and feet. Use excess product from the Tanning Mitt to lightly sweep over these areas.

  • Pre-Application:

    • Avoid shaving immediately before application for an even finish.

  • Shelf Life:

    • Use within 6 months of opening.

  • Storage:

    • Always replace the cap when not in use.
