Application Instructions
Exfoliate:
For best results, start by exfoliating your skin with the SELF Exfoliating Glove.
Prepare:
Once your skin is clean and dry, shake the Bronzing Foam well.
Apply the foam onto the SELF Tanning Mitt and spread evenly in long, sweeping motions.
Tan:
For a perfect, streak-free tan, start with your legs and work your way up the body.
Use sparingly on elbows and knees before finishing with the SELF Back Applicator.
Rinse:
Once you achieve your desired color depth, rinse off the residual tan in lukewarm water and pat dry.
Do not use soaps, scrubs, or shampoos.
Developing Time
1 Hour: Light Tan
2 Hours: Medium Tan
3 Hours: Dark Tan
Top Tips
Extend Tan Life:
Moisturize with the SELF Gradual Tanning Body Butter or Nourishing Tanning Oil.
Application Tips:
Avoid applying product directly to elbows, knees, hands, and feet. Use excess product from the Tanning Mitt to lightly sweep over these areas.
Pre-Application:
Avoid shaving immediately before application for an even finish.
Shelf Life:
Use within 6 months of opening.
Storage:
Always replace the cap when not in use.
